Sultan Family in Agawam

Wow. This was by far the best restaurant with Turkish style food. The taste was superb. I live in Boston and I tried a few Turkish restaurants here but none were even close to Sultan!We went to six flags near there and we were extremely hungry. Then we came here for lunch, and everyone in our group was satisfied. Highly recommend.

Awesome place for family dinner or friends dine out. Also venue could be separated into two parts and rented for special occasions. Very friendly and warm family owned restaurant. Very special dishes from Turkish- Mediterranean, Caucasian, Central Asian and Russian Cuisines!!!

I love the cheese/potatoe dumplings! Delicious you can taste the freshness in the cheese! Incredible! The staff are always super friendly and patience. The price is good for the food you get! The decor is consistently pretty with red and white matching tables.

One of the best restaurants to eat kebab! The stuff was kind and caring. The food served fast, with extra bread, butter, and similar sides as a courtesy treat. The food was delicious. The only drawback I got is the rice that came with the dish was like overcooked with some stiff rice particles.

Been here more than 3 times with my family the Food is Great here!, however the waiter forgets to bring your food sometimes 🤔, overall this place has big parking, and not that manny people know about it, definitely recommend to get shish kebab😉.

Great shush kabobs, but I think the place can do better with the interior design/layout. It does not give off a warm/welcome vibe.

Good food grate services

The restaurant looks nice but food is not flavorful. Shish kebabs have no flavor not marinated or seasoned meats. Its literally meat that is grilled. Feels like you are in stone age just learned how to grill meat with no seasoning. Same for rice, just plain rice with no flavor. If you have Turkish/ central Asian food, you can compare. Sultan's food is a waste of time and money.

The time now us 9:45 the restaurant is closed and it says that they close at 11... how come ? We came driving from CT and it is closed also they are too mean with customers they should put nice people to serve!!

Delicious food! Personal favourite is the chicken shish kebab meal. Their black tea is very good. All the food I tried was fresh and tasty! Waitress was polite everytime. Clean elegant atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

Their food is fantastic. All of their ingredients are fresh, even their juices. I recommend the Turkish coffee for coffee connoisseurs. It's very strong! So strong it's served as a shot. The waiter was sweet, and the dining area is clean, large and spacious, it doesn't feel crowded. Nice selection on the menu.

Great food at really good price. If you have not had Turkish/Mediterranean food you really should give this place a try. It's not fancy. But good service and great food.

I've never had a bad experience or a bad meal here at Sultan Family Restaurant. I highly recommend them for their food, prices, people, and service!!

A great family restaurant!

Me and some friends were looking for a place to eat on a Saturday night when we came across this restaurant the food was absolutely delicious and the prices were great as will now that we know this restaurant we go at least once a week can’t get enough of Sultan family restaurant thank you guys.

WOW! Where do I begin? Upon entering you are immediately enveloped in a traditional ambiance that works it's way through to your soul until being seated by one of their educated and polite staff persons. Upon being seated, you are welcomed and given suggestions. There is just enough time between seating and order inquiry to take In the delightful decor of Sultan Family Restaurant. It is as if you've been invited to dine with the Sultan himself. And the food! Absolutely wonderful!

My first time trying this style of food. Everything was delicious. Especially the coffee.

This place is great for all your big family events, very roomy with abundant parking space. The staff always sets up everything beautifully and accommodate you in all your needs. My guests were all satisfied with the food that was served at my event. Will definitely consider celebrating there in the future.

I was really lovely restaurant. Zeyna was really kind and helpful. She explained all food to us and helped to choose. The food were very delicious. Highly recommended.

Good staff and good service, But the food was not all that. I've had Turkish food before, it was amazing. This one was not even close, the room we sat in was ice, no heat. We couldn't wait to leave it was so cold.

Been here a few times now, and every visit has been great. Very nice waitstaff and delicious food. Dining room is spaciuos and well lit with big windows. Relatively inexpensive. My family and I want to keep coming so we can try everything on the menu.

My friend made reservations here and I did not think I would like the food I am a very picky eater. We went on a Friday night and we were the only ones there, the food was absolutely delicious. We got appetizers and entrées, everything I tried was so unbelievably good. We brought in our own wine which was cool… I definitely recommend trying this place

Whether dining in or take out, the food is delicious. The dining in service was wonderful on multiple visits. And the customer service on the phone to place a large takeout order was excellent.Highly recommend the Kebab skewers and a Kebab plate to share with a few to try varied meats and the accompaniments.

Great restaurant very pleased to have ordered the chicken screwers they were excellent and moist with whole bunch of juicy goodness. My wife got the mix grill and she and i loved it as it came fresh and in a big plate. Ridvan our waiter was extremely nice and a hardworking men. Would highly recommended Sultan Restaurant.
